Working closely with the graphic designer, we created all marketing collateral, both digital and print, to include presentations, flyers, brochures, one-pagers, etc. I created the company’s first content guidelines as part of the overall brand guidelines.

I was required to translate complicated clinical and technical content into easily understood and user-friendly language. I wrote and designed entire websites from scratch, and managed marketing campaigns to include newsletters, surveys, and both content and strategies for all social channels. I set and implemented editorial calendars, and curated and created content for blogs, landing pages, and promotional collateral pieces.

As the senior content writer and editor, I created original and unique content for corporate websites, landing pages, print collateral, blog posts, PPC ads, articles, and e-books for a $450 million revenue company. As an in-house agency, we implemented a new strategic methodology across 38 company websites, coordinating content and layout to improve traffic and double conversion rate. I was responsible for creating and testing unique value propositions for 25 facilities and developing unique keyword-specific content to enhance SEO. Upon being promoted to marketing manager of CRC’s residential division, I also managed all marketing efforts for 30 residential inpatient addiction treatment facilities, to include overseeing website performance, all marketing collateral, paid search efforts. I held weekly meetings with executive directors and other upper management to assess needs and report on progress.
